At Alpha Outdoors, renting camping gear is simple and hassle-free. Follow these easy steps:

1. Browse Our Camping Gear
   Choose the camping equipment you need for your adventure from our wide selection.

2. Send an Enquiry
   Fill out the enquiry form on our website to let us know what you'd like to rent.

3. Confirmation & Payment
   Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a secure Paygate link. International card payments are accepted.
   After we receive your payment and Proof of Payment, your reservation is complete!

4. Pick Up Your Gear
   Collect your gear from our store at 18 Buiten Street, Cape Town City Center (off Bree Street) between 10 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, or upon request.

5. Refundable Deposit
   Pay a 50% refundable deposit upon collection (cash or card) to cover any possible breakages or loss.

6. Return the Gear
   Return the equipment the first working day after your trip.

7. Deposit Refund
   We’ll refund your deposit within 5 working days after the return of the equipment.
